Ms. Massman began her career with Clearwater Paper in 2008 as the chief financial officer following the company’s spin-off from Potlatch Corporation. In 2011, she was named president and chief operating officer. Ms. Massman became president and chief executive officer, and joined Clearwater Paper’s board of directors in 2013.
Between 2002 and 2008 worked for SUPERVALU as group vice president for finance and corporate planning. Previously, Ms. Massman served as vice president of business planning and operations at Viquity Corporation as business strategy consultant for Accenture as a director in finance at Ralph’s Grocery Company and in corporate banking with Bank of America.

Mr. Hertz joined Clearwater Paper as senior vice president of finance in June 2012 and assumed the role of chief financial officer in August 2012.
He served as vice president and chief financial officer for Novellus Systems, Inc. between 2007 and 2012 and held senior positions at Intel Corporation, including central finance controller of the digital enterprise group, finance controller of the enterprise platform services division and accounting policy controller, from 2000 to 2007. Mr. Hertz also worked for KPMG from 1989 to 1998.

Mr. Gadd joined the company as associate general counsel in March 2006 and served as corporate secretary since July 2007. He was elected as general counsel and corporate secretary for Clearwater Paper in December 2008. Mr. Gadd became senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary in May 2011.
Between 2001 and 2006 Mr. Gadd served as an attorney with Perkins Coie, where he practiced general corporate law and sophisticated transactional issues, including mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate finance. He worked for Ater Wyne LLP and LeBoeuf between 1994 and 1995, and again between 1998 and 2000, and also worked for Lamb Leiby and MacRae from 1990 to 1993.

Ms. Moyes began her career with Clearwater Paper in July 2013 as vice president of labor relations, overseeing the development of a multi-year labor strategy for 2,200 employees across nine collective bargaining agreements. She has also managed other key areas and projects in HR for us, and served as the acting leader for total rewards. Ms. Moyes served as acting leader of the Human Resources (HR) function, managing all aspects of HR including labor relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, and talent management.
Prior to joining Clearwater Paper, Ms. Moyes held key HR leadership positions with Nestlé USA between 2008 and 2013. She has also held HR leadership positions with Meritage Homes Corp. and PepsiCo. In total, her 25 years of experience includes leading HR teams, compensation design, organization integration and sales operations leadership.
