From our President and Chief Executive Officer

2024 was a transformational year for Clearwater Paper as we completed two major strategic transactions:

We acquired the Augusta, Georgia, paperboard manufacturing facility, which increased our paperboard capacity by about 75%, enhanced our national geographic footprint and added approximately 700 talented and experienced people to our team.
We divested our tissue business for $1.06 billion and used the proceeds to significantly de-lever our balance sheet.

While it was a year of change, one thing remains the same: our commitment to live out our Everyday Responsibility framework.
